Was Jeffrey Epstein a Mossad Asset?

Rumors have long circulated that Epstein was working on behalf of Israeli Intelligence. A recently released book alleges to corroborate that he worked for the Mossad and maybe others.

It’s no wonder the story of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell has captured the undivided attention of the country. The story has all the trappings of a gripping narrative: filthy rich antagonists, international celebrities, sexual deviance and intrigue, and eventually suicide. Add a dose spy-craft and you now have a New York Times Best Seller.

Now, a recently released book purports to claim that Epstein and Maxwell ran a “honey-trap” operation where they would provide sex with young girls to prominent politicians and figures, capture the acts, and then blackmail them into giving information to Israeli intelligence service Mossad.

The book, Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales”, is based upon the accounts of former Israeli spy Ari Ben-Menashe. The books authors –Dylan Howard, Melissa Cronin, and James Robertson – claim that his Ben-Menashe’s inside perspective into Israeli intelligence gives us critical background into the unfolding Epstein drama.

“When we set out to write a book about his crimes, we thought we knew the whole story. Before long, however, what we uncovered was compelling evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was a spy—largely for Israel’s Mossad—and allowed to operate in the United States seemingly without consequence,” Dylan Howard told Fox News. “This is a much bigger story than the world has ever known and is continually being ignored or glossed over in much of the new reporting about Epstein.”

Epstein’s political and cultural associations include the many of the most noted figures in the world ranging from two U.S. presidents — President Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton. His ‘friends’ in foreign office and position include U.K’s Prince Andrew, former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.

“He (Epstein) used his power to exploit the vulnerable and underaged, all the while covering his tracks within the innermost circles of the establishment. He used his access to trap the rich and famous, and traded in the dirt he had on them to the world’s most secretive intelligence agencies,” Howard continued. “The conclusion of our reporting is clear: Epstein was a spy, running a complex intelligence operation for the purpose of blackmailing powerful individuals and politicians in the United States and abroad. But for whom?”

The book’s case is largely rooted in Ben-Menashe’s conjecture. It lays out the shockingly, simple story that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were Israeli spies who callously used underage girls to blackmail politicians.

The Mossad has been respected as one of the most effective and aggressive intelligence agencies in the world and has long run spy operations in the U.S. using dual Israeli-American citizens. Such was the case of Johnathan Pollard. Pollard was jailed and sentenced to life imprisonment in 1987 for spying for Israel. He was paroled in 2015. For 30 years, Mr. Pollard was at the center of a push and pull between Washington and Tel Aviv until his recent parole. Pollard was caught stealing the Radio-Signal Notations (RASIN), a 10-volume manual comprehensively detailing America’s global electronic surveillance network, and sending it to his other home country.  Americans saw him for what he was: a traitor. Israelis celebrate him as a soldier and a hero.

However, Ben-Menashe does not describe Epstein as the same kind of subtle spy trading in technological secrets. Epstein played in the dirt.

The “See, fucking around is not a crime. It could be embarrassing, but it’s not a crime,” Menashe wrote in the book. “But fuckking a fourteen-year-old girl is a crime. And he was taking photos of politicians fucking fourteen-year-old girls—if you want to get it straight…They [Epstein and Maxwell] would just blackmail people like that.”

Ben-Menashe, an Iranian-born businessman claims he worked for Mossad from 1977 to 1987. He was arrested in 1989 in the U.S. for illegal arms dealing yet was acquitted in 1990 on the premise that the jury accepted that he was acting in an official capacity on behalf of the Israeli state. Israel denies Menashe has any links with its intelligence services. To be clear, Israel denies everything, always.

The book also speculates that Epstein and Maxwell worked for other governments or as double/triple agents. Howard noted that many others have recently approached him with “firsthand avowals” of Epstein’s other intelligence connections.

“I do not believe the Epstein worked exclusively for the Mossad. I believe many countries sought information from him, and he also shopped information to the highest bidder. It also helps explain how Epstein was able to build a puzzling billion-dollar fortune,” Howard added. “So, not only was Epstein running a shocking ‘criminal enterprise’ – as described by the FBI—but it was one with deep business and intelligence ties across a number of countries.”

Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his New York prison cell on August 10, 2019.
